h6 polished Tungsten Carbide Rod
We manufacture ground carbide rods in stock with HIP sintering and 100% virgin material. Our grade includes ISO K05 to K40, from machining carbon steel to aluminium, non-ferrous metals and titanium or we develop grade for your applications.
Standard ultra-fine MT10 grade 10% cobalt covers a number of applications in cutting tools. The stability and high performance of the series bring many benefits to our customers and inspires them to develop quality products.

Application
MT06: Suitable for machining composite materials, such as aluminium-magnesium alloys, plastics, reinforced plastics and carbon fibre, iron‐based alloys, etc. It is recommended for making big PCB drills of ф3.2‐6.3mm, micro drills of ф0.8‐3.2mm, micro milling tools and reamers
MT08: It is suitable for machining cast iron, aluminium alloys, etc. also for machining common steels. It is recommended for the drilling of cast iron and aluminium alloys.
YG10X: Partly recycled Sub-micron grain WC with 10% Cobalt. It is suitable for machining cast iron, aluminium alloys, etc. also for machining common steels. It is recommended for the drilling of cast iron and aluminium alloys.
MT10:100% Virgin ultra-fine grain WC from H. C. Stark with 10% Cobalt. It is suitable for machining common steel, cast iron, stainless steel, heat‐resistant steel
MT12:100% Virgin ultra-fine grain WC from H. C. Stark with 12% Cobalt. It is suitable for machining titanium alloy, heat‐resistant alloys, stainless steel, hardened steel, grey cast iron, glass‐fiber Reinforced plastics, composite materials, etc.
